Comics Party revolution eps 13

Kazuki's (and Taishi ?) Brother2 is chosen as the wall circle for the next ComiPa. Hearing this, Kazuki got pressure, because there are a lot of others. Eimi, the self-proclaimed ComiPa queen is not happy either, but it's been decided.

Everyone heard it and cheering for him. Taishi also called often, with voice loud enough it can be heard without using the speakerphone function. All of it made him worried even more, because of the high expectation they have for him.

Mizuki is worried though, because Kazuki focus all to doujin drawing and forget everything else, including the upcoming tests.

On street, Kazuki met with Mizuki, who's buying foods for them to eat. They have that talk like in School Rumble, どっちが好き? カレーとか肉ジャガ?
Here's the weirdness begin, because after they take a turn to Kazuki's place, another Mizuki passed by. Mizuki is training for cosplay, so she can perform well in ComiPa and perhaps Kazuki will be happy.

Ikumi's brother came with cookies from Ikumi, and message, although it still felt scary.

Things are going fine, Mizuki cook for Kazuki and do the cleaning. Then the next day they went out for like a date. As gratitude, Mizuki asked Kazuki to draw her in his painting, nude painting that is. She locked all the door so Kazuki's friends can't get it, the room is already sepparated from the outside world.

The thing Mizuki want to show him is what Kazuki really want to draw. Actually, Kazuki want to enter art school, and do paintings, oil painting, instead of doujinshi. From here, things went like in Gundam Seed IINM, except that Mizuki breaks in from the window.

Suddenly having wall space, then choosing between things he want to draw or things that sells, what should he draw, closing deadline, all the stress and feeling changed into an illusion of Mizuki who showed him a way out, asking him to quit doujinshi.

The real Mizuki doesn't accept, she know Kazuki is serious about manga, so she transformed into Peach and fight her evil twin. The odds is against Peach though, as long as Kazuki want to be in that world where he can get away from doujinshi, Mizuki won't win. So, just to awake Kazuki from his trance state ? That's easy. Taishi made an entry and reminds him about deadline. Kazuki is so annoyed that he snaps back to reality.
Kazuki choose doujinshi, so Mizuki won. Everyone finally get into the room and help. But that's not the end of the doppleganger Mizuki, she still come to buy Kazuki's doujinshi the next day, and she likes his drawing, whichever style it is.

To be continued ? That's the end. It's still not a conclusive ending, and Kazuki doesn't pick anyone like in the manga. But Mizuki's ending is seen clearly ^^

For the wrap up, romance and comedy, ComiPa brings it well close, plus the many parody. There are crazy moments, and there are heartwarming moments. Although it won't get a rate as high as say... Mahoraba or Futakoi Alternative, it's a pleasure to follow this title. I had to aggree that the other two is great in story, but for my personal favourite, ComiPa Revolution and IZUMO is the titles that I feel at ease when watching and not feeling tired. But that could be the timing thing.

Da Capo second season eps 01

We return to Hatsune island once again, the crescent shaped island where Sakura blooms all year long. But one day, all the Sakura withered.

Now, it opens with a letter from a girl to her brother far away, asking how he is. Is he eating good, is he not late going to school. And most important, thank you, for remembering.

Asakura Junichi, now in senior high school is awakened by his sister. Or not actually. It's his kakyuusei with great appetite of bananas, including one she mistakenly identified, the one in Junichi's crotch ^^;

For his bad joke, Junichi is half becoming a panda already when heading to school. The experience also traumatized Miharu, she runs away when seeing the bananas Mako offered her (completely out of character). Junichi of course, can't tell Mako what happened.

At the school, we're introduced with the new casts for second season, the new characters from the game. There's Saitama Nanako, the mangaka (not pro perhaps) who's chara design in this anime looks like ComiPa revolution's Asahi Sakurai. Then, Tsukishiro Alice, the girl who looks like a doll. We still have the mysterious girl that only Junichi can saw her wearing pink bear costume. Personal favourite, Tamaki, the yamato nadeshiko girl, also a miko.
By the way, Suginami is still as annoying as ComiPa's Taishi.

At the roof, Suginami is teasing Mako with his ability to know what's in her mind. Mako put on boxing gloves (provided by Alice) and goes trying to hit Suginami. He avoided all of it easily, while Nanako took the chance to make sketches. After a while, everyone has their limit. Mako finally score hits.

Well, their friendship goes well, everyone seems eager to help Junichi. Since that time *points to the ending of D.C. ~Da Capo~* it's been two years already. One thing must not be mentioned is Nemu. As a lonely guy, it's best for Junichi to find a girlfriend, Suginami suggested, and rumours are that he's with the school's idol, Shirakawa Kotori.

At his house, there's an empty room, and a girl's uniform not worn yet.

To the centre of the island, under the dead magical Sakura tree, Utamaru (somehow, perhaps Nanao Naru's signature chara ^^;) meets a cloacked figure (not Girls Bravo's Yukina). Then rains fall. Kotori didn't bring umbrella (instead, a banana from Mako).

Seems that day, everyday Kotori has been taking care of Junichi. They runs to his house and he asked Kotori to go to the bath first. Kotori teased him by asking if he want to enter the bath together. Junichi reacts unlike she actually wished for. He's worried if he couldn't control himself any longer. While she's worried if she's not interesting at all.

When giving the towel Kotori forgot, he accidentally saw her underwear, then went on panic mode. Worried because Junichi keeps falling down, Kotori take a peek, that made him even more panicked. Luckily, the bell saved the day.

So, this one puts everyone in place. Not much introduction though, so seems like they take that the audience know what happened two years ago. But they didn't explain what's inbetween when Sakura killed the sakura tree and the beginning of this season. The scene where Junichi met Nemu waiting for him could just be his imagination.

Shakugan no Shana drama CD

Cast list:

The content of this drama CD is four drama tracks, plus one extra about Arastool's talk with Yuuji's mother.

The main story is about a 燐子 called Niina. Friagne's 5'918th Rinne. She's a doll spirit that can't remember her past. Then, Friagne took her as his doll, although never appearing.

Then, Sakai Yuuji, whose life changed ever since one day he met a girl, the炎髪灼瞳の討ち手 Flame Haze. It's a title given to person sent from Cuze, the other world. She told him about beings that consume the power of existence, represented by torch shining in human. The person whose torch has been extinguished are as good as never existing since the beginning. He called the girl Shana, from the name of her sword.

Yuuji himself is something called Mistes, creature that can still remember the peoples whose torch has died. To protect the Fog inside him, Shana stayed around to protect him.

For this story, Hayato, Yuuji's friend are asking him to go out together. Shana go along, and so does Kazumi, who liked Yuuji and always get tense with Shana. They went to a shop and had snack together. Shana ate a lot of sweets as usual, then had the first experience with bitter drink called coffee.

Niina found him, Mistes, but he can't do much because there's Flame Haze near them. She had to wait, until finally Yuuji is sepparated from Shana. Hayato get away, leaving a chance for Kazumi and Yuuji to be together. Kazumi loved Yuuji, and Yuuji know that. So, things got awkward until Niina came to kill him.

I can't say much about the story, because I didn't read the novel (9 books, plus Shana Zero, published by Media Works). The story will be made into anime though, this autumn airing season. Like Rozen Maiden, the voice actress would be different. Horie Yui done well playing as Shana, very cute. But Kugimiya Rie would do fine also. But Kazumi, I wonder how will Kawasumi Ayako play as her, because the character Satou Akemi played sounds more like Noto Mamiko's voice character.

Anyway, sounds like a good story, so, going to wait and try to get more on the story until the movie starts.

Da Capo second season eps 02

Kotori helped Aishia to change from her drenched clothes. The change, from Nemu's room. Aishia introduced herself after dinner, then fell asleep. Junichi brings her to his bed, and he slept on the sofa downstair.

Next morning, Miharu thought that Junichi turned into a girl ^^;

Aishia had with her a map of Hatsune island, and writings that can't be read anymore because of the rain. The writing itself is not in English (Aishia is a Scanidavian, and the language is Finnish). To help her look for the places pointed in that map, Junichi skipped school. The both walk around the island, but not finding the place yet.

Midway, they met Moe (Mako's elder sister). She's buying for food, of course, the menu is nabe. She explained on and on about what she'll make, not really helpful for either Junichi and Aishia.

On way, they got in front of the school, the place Junichi doesn't want to come because he doesn't want his friends to find out. He met with Koyomi, Kotori's elder sister and Junichi's homeroom teacher in junior high. She already quit her job after she married and has a child. Koyomi is not happy because Junichi skipped school, even after her sister do so many things to help him. Then, because he skipped school to go out with another girl. Junichi got away with this one also.

In the park, Junichi told about an island where the sakura always blooms whole year long, but one day, suddenly all the sakura died, and now, all the sakura trees in Hatsune island is just usual sakura tree. After the story, Junichi made some sweets for Aishia because she's hungry, but that made him even hungrier. Kotori came at the right time, bringing Junichi's favourite yakisoba bread.

Suginami came out (like Taishi, only less flashy) to help in the evening. He know it's Scanidavian language, but he can't read it. Hope is not lost though, because it's place's name after all, so even with roman letter, the reading is the same. So, the place Aishia is looking for is... Y-O-S-H-I-N-O. Yup, right next to Junichi's house, and they go around the island looking for the house next door.

Aishia want to meet with Junichi adn Sakura's grandmother, who has passed away long time ago. So, instead, Junichi accept Aishia to stay in his house. As a gratitude, Aishia gave him present, a pair of new sneakers (finger size though).

She pulled it out of nowhere, just like how Junichi created the sweets. She's also a sorcerer, and called Junichi as 御主人様.

Where's Nemu ? From the manga D.C.S.G (Second Graduation), at the beginning, everyone's dialogues hinted that Nemu had just come back from faraway place. Perhaps same thing happened now. Maa ii ka, will wait, and if they'll bring the turn around at episode 14 like last season and bring Nemu back.

Akahori Gedou Hour Love Game eps 02

This time, starting from the Hokke family first. Ever since they're left by their deceased parents, the girls of the Hokke family has been living in poverty. Otone counts that they're still expending more than they get from various jobs they're doing. But yet, seems like everyone is going to good schools, and every night, they always had a feast on the dining table. The mistery will be answered...

All the younger sisters of course had to finish their study at school. To fund that, Otone had to do many jobs. She went to her working place, dressed like a businesswoman. Her neighbours heard different versions of her job, one thought she's the director of big company, other think she's a mama in Ginza (not sure, can't listen clearly) and another is a teacher.

None is true, because Otone works as worker in the construction site. After that, she works in a famires, same place as Kaoruko. Seems like she admire Kaoruko very much, as Kaoruko, and as the Love Pheromone. To the night, Otone even had to find part time job in cabaret club.

After job, she went home with full cart of groceries, which according to Utano, Otone eats all of it alone.

The other sisters had their problems. Kanashi, the fourth daughter is very grown up, physically. She doesn't show her age as an elementary school student at all. Her teacher also founds that Kanashi's body is very... disturbing. But she's totally oblivious about that.

Completely different is the second daughter Maika. She's a (evil ?) genious that has loli looks. She also had part time job as model for children's clothes, plus point: meganekko.

Back at home, Akumako 2 is mad. She showed the news in TV. An old friend, Doumentou-san, from the evil organization has raised and having a come back. Gedou Otome-tai had to go and assist him. But...

Aimi and Kaoruko is fast asleep. And to wake up a pair of tsukkomi comedian, what would be better than throwing a tin basin to their face. It works better than unlimited numbers of alarm clock. Although late, their performance is not affected, still the cold and dry jokes nobody responded to.

After stage, while eating the bentou they stole in a locker, Kaoruko and Aimi si already very discouraged. They wondered if they'll be able to become famous person. Seki-san came inside, with Taishi's teleport anywhere ability to encourage them. It's a promise Aimi and Kaoruko had done since they left home, because their father objected their dream, saying it's impossible. And most importantly, they want to leave their younger brother/sister, because they're afraid they can't hold themself back anymore.

After job, Kaoruko heard the news also. She goes immediatly and asked Aimi to join. Evil won't wait, so as champions of justice they must go.

But, the police had already finished the job. Aimi can't take that humiliation, she instantly gave her strongest attack to destroy the villains, police, the tower and area around it. Justice has once again prevails.

So, my mistake, it's really written by Akahori Satoru, and the opening song has it's lyrics written by Momoi Haruko.

I like the Gedou Otome parts better this time, maybe because, out of the weirdness, more down to earth than Love Phero that's giving all the slapstick jokes. And of course, a lot of Kanashi, plus, sexy scenes of her :D

Da Capo second season eps 03

Aishia changed into a totally different person. The day before, she's mysterious and very quiet. From today on, she's very talkative and cheerful. Also she's the new maid in Junichi's house. But, Aishia is a dojikko, so there's a lot of troubles following.

Worried if Junichi will do things to her, Mako asked to take Aishia to her house, which proven as a bad idea.

Here's some of the troubles she made.

Still no info about Nemu. Aishia want to clean her room, but Junichi asked to keep the room as it is.

Akahori Gedou Hour Love Game eps 02

Well... finally they showed the real opening animation, Love Pheromone side. Halfway, nice animation, but I think I'll wait for next week, for the Gedou Otome tai version of the opening.

Love Pheromone will have a chance for live show with the idol group Nyan Nyan. They're trio of neko mimi maids, with name and cast respectively...

Waza da, yappari waza da !

Aimi is determined to destroy that no-brainer idol. But, they came with shine that turns Aimi stupid (like she's not that usually ^^;)

When the Nyan nyan leaves, they dropped a photo of Love Pheromone, with writing バカヘタレ on Aimi and アホ on Kaoruko.

Finally the day. KAoruko tried to promote the ticket for their show, but clearly, the Nyan Nyan is trying to block them out of the screen and selling their own goods instead. Aimi is still out of control, and stay that way until Nyan Nyan showed their real character and insults Love Pheromone (the space police combi, not the tsukkomi pair).

Love Pheromone showed up, and so does the Black Nyan, who planned world domination using their mind control wave. Aimi is one of the victims (doubt it, she's always like that to cute girls).

Using the pads on her powered suit's breast, Aimi blocked the missile from Black Nyan's weapon (wow). She send her finishing blow, destroying the maneki neko, leaving the Black Nyan naked and successfully destroyed the TV studio in the process. No regret as usual.

Utano founds a letter in the mailbox, with a seed. She gave it to Otone. The letter is sent five years ago by their father, but because of problem in the post office, it had just arrived.

What is the seed ? Akumako said it's seed of evil flower. The seed will grow and then destroy cities (sounds like those old school tokusatsu series ^^;) That inspire her, why not using Gedou Otome Tai's magic power to create evil flower's seeds and plant it to the whole city, that will surely caused panic.

Utano planted her father's seed first in the garden, putting the sign おとうさん の あく の はな.

Night falls, and using their power they summoned rain of seeds to cover the city. The next morning, those seeds would cover the city and caused panic. Utano is just happy because she think her father's flower will bloom also. But they had done evil thing that gave trouble to the peoples in the city.

They say, magic is just power and what's important is what in the heart. So... the news is not so pretty for Akumako. The seeds they created last night covered the city with flowers, not the evil monster flower, but beautiful flowers, turning the whole city into a colourful garden. Everyone's happy.

Except, the flower from their father is still not blooming. So, instead of crying, how if Utano try to make it bloom using her magic ? It's not an evil flower, but sunflower. The message is, always do evil things with smile. Also the meaning of sunflower, I will always watching you.

Nyan Nyan does great job on being villains that I can really hate. Seems like made to be pure evil. That's not wrong, just these days, all the villains are made too angsty, they're all victimized by something, or just have bad past (typical stuffs) or their own ideals, so they can't be seen as pure evil characters. So, been some time since there are villains that just want to randomly rule/destroy the world.
